I formed Frosch Enterprises, Inc. and Objistics, its consulting and training unit, after more than 25 years of
experience in technical fields. Through Objistics, we deliver high quality IT consulting and training services
focusing on Java and object-oriented technologies.
Our business culture embraces a traditional work ethic that we reward with a solid dose of fun. In short, we work
hard, and play hard, but never forget that we exist only as long as we meet the needs of our clients and students.
While our business will have at its core science and technology, there will be no higher
priority in our company than focusing on the talents and aspirations the people who work
for us.
In short, I formed the company because I am committed to building a great organization,
staffed by great people, led by great managers, to do great things for our customers.
Nothing less will be acceptable.
